My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, though spacious and well-appointed to a three-star standard, had high and steep steps not shown in the pictures and lacked safety rails. The service was exceptional, especially Melissa who was very helpful and kind. The location, while near historic sites and tram stops, had disturbances from loud prayers in the area. The dining options were limited, but the hotel provided good service and lasting amenities.
